NOW Guys we all love Nat so I'm sure we can take this with a pinch of salt because it is rather funny, very funny in fact. I have just got in and whilst on the tube was reading the paper...the London Evening Standard...get it every night...on t.v. page Pick of the Night is Inspector Lynley although Terry Ramsey the TV Editor cant stand it...even though he's slagged it off mercilessley he's put it as Pick of the Night cos he knows its very popular..he writes the following...blasphemous I know...but hilarious too......Nathaniel Parker and Sharon Small return...yet again!....in another series featuring the floppy haired aristocratic cop and his perpetually troubled working class sidekick Havers - POSH and VEXED you could call them.....(the Brits will appreciate that, do you in the States know about Posh and Becks???? sorry if you don't) He goes on to call Lynley ..wooden!!!. I ask you. says the series is actually beautifully made with fantastic photography and therefore Nathaniel will have to be careful not to blend in with the trees.....(wood for the trees coming to mind)! He says the plot is rubbish...we know its not of course, but he goes on to criticise and pull it to pieces and ends with it should be called. TOSH AND DREGS!!! Mind you he's still thinks its worthy of pick of the night!!!!. We of course all know he's wrong but it is a very funny critique and i think even nat would laugh at it. I missed Nat this morning....did he look cute, he looked bloody gorgeous last time he was on GMTV and was very funny indeed. Now about that yellow coat.......my husband has one, its a camel cashmere overcoat as worn by posh London blokes in the city isn't it absolutely horrid. My husband only wears it with a suit for work and it definitely shouldn't be worn with anything else, but if you walk around Westminster or around most of the square mile you'll find lots of them. I think all his clothes are spot on actually, very upper class english gentleman. Well goodbye I am now going to ignore this horrible critique, make dinner and enjoy the rest of the evening with the Posh and Vexed. xxxx

False alarm!

No Nat on BBC Breakfast this morning, but two trailers.... Sorry for the trouble, last year they managed to have a bit PR on, this year seems a bit dull to me.

More later, I'm a bit exhausted, 12 hours work at the office - but I've got something to look forward to tonight...

Cheers!

Notice on the trailers he's more casual than before, maybe now Helen isn't there...she has gone hasn't she? - he's let himself go a bit and gone all tres casual...I think he really suits jeans as he has really stocky legs and they look terrific in jeans don't you think, not skinny legs that don't fill the jeans...know what I mean? ...never mind I do! I notice that out of character as 'himself' he seems to wear alot of black, black tee shirts and black jeans etc.,really suit him.

Ok, I've had my dinner, ready for take-off.

Whatever that critic may say, we have our own heads. Nutty, but nicley. That fellow sounds just a bit frustrated to me. Now is there such a thing like possibly too much IL? No way. Maybe it's his wife glancing on the TV screen tonight that bothers him?

Just a clue. Besides, mentioning his stocky legs, they fit his woody ways just brilliantly, don't you agree... I understand perfectly well what ya mean by that...a very emotional tree I should say ;)

Cheers!

Nope, haven't opened the champagne as yet, but I am closely observing that thing. As for the potato chips, well, they look a bit nibbeled already. Hem hem.

I don't understand why people take the trouble to write such rubbish as this Terry Ramsey. To bad that Nat wasn't on the breakfast show. I did see the trailer last night when i came home for the second time and i am ready to watch. but i have to wait one more hour. My boss asked me this morning why i was so happy. He looked strange wheni told him about Lynley. He doesn't know it and thought i was crazy (he must have thought that). I know i am crazy but then again better crazy than a bad mood. I don't think we will see Helen again. I bought the new Elizabeth George book yesterday and Helen doesnt' come back there too. If she can that would be a miracle. I won't tell you about it because there might be people here who read them. If you want to know i can tell you off the forum so i don'[t spoil it for the rest.
