Danny,
No problems at all - I know how lucky I am that this Forum is in my native language, and because of that, I always make allowances for other users and hope that what I type is easy for people to translate.

I hope that doesn't come across as patronising, but I think this is a great way for all the fans, from wherever they come from, to chat and discuss about whatever they want, and it's great to see people's opinions. I do hope that you continue to pop in here and participate :)

Keep safe,
TAG

Hello all! Lontime Lynley mystery fan here, and new to the site. I've just seen Limbo and Know thine enemy.  Excellent!!!!!

There are more eps to season 6, right? Because two seems a bit short ( although I must say that he quality sure makes up for the short season. lol lol.

Any info?

Anyhow, I loved KTE ( even more than Limbo, Limbo was a bit odd at times, like Lynley hasn't spoken to Barbara in 6 months? I didn't like that.....) KNE was terribly dark and convincing, wasn't it?
:S :S :S
Love
Juma :cheer:

Hi CrimeLover!

And welcome to this forum! Series (or season for our American fans) six has only two specials, so sorry, there won't be more. The latest episodes have exclusively been broadcast on Australian TV station Seven - the UK is still awaiting their premiere... Hopefully the Beeb will continue the ILM series next year, but there's no confirmed info on this question.

Cheers!

Hello Jumaolster!

and a heartfelt welcome to you too. Well, again sorry to say it, only two epis. I agree with you wholeheartedly. The scripts are very dark, but also very good. I gather that a lot of classic Lynley fans are a bit turned off, because there isn't any or little cosy mystery solving in them.

Both scripts deal with negative perspectives on life in general, no time for jokes or a semi-romantic sub-plot between Havers and Lynley. Especially KTE 6.2 is down to the dirty and dark motives that are behind crimes like the ones that are depicted. I found that both are very well written. The way we can all have a deep insight into the mind of such a couple is quite disturbing.

Again, welcome and hope to hear from you soon.

Cheers
