Hey everyone (waves)
I just spent a cold Sunday here in Sydney in Gabriel Oak's company and finally watched Far from the Madding Crowd. 
I just adored Nathaniel in the old-fashioned clothes and that accent is swoon-worthy, just lovely.
I truly wanted to slap Bathsheba. She was so selfish and vain, but the rest of the staff were a delight.
I must admit there is something about a wet, dirty Nathanial in any of his roles that really gets my attention.
I have tried to listen to the Audiobook, just for Nathaniel's dulcet tones, but it's a very long-winded book to listen to, 17+ hours compared to 3 hours in the video.
