You have to watch closely, but he is in it briefly. He is Chairman of the National Gallery. Here are pics of him in it. If you watch his mouth, he is speaking.
Actually, his daughter, Angelica had a small part in it, as well as Ollie's daughter too. Nat is very near the end. Also, his name appears near the end of the credits at the end of the film.

Nat's daughter is close to the beginning when they get the girl in the shower. Ollie's daughter is later on and has a larger role.

If you haven't seen Lover's Prayer, and you use Netflix, they have it. You might even try Blockbuster to see if they do.
