Te-he,
OK something to cheer you all up... Yes I'm back - and that seems to lead to disaster somehow

Here's one more thing to add a little something to the confusion. I got a brand new theory about yesterday evening. Listen to this from a ratings blurb I got today:
"The first instalment of a two-part Inspector Lynley story attracted 4.2m (21.5%) viewers to BBC1 last night [note: that was August 9th, 2007, yes we are not mistaken but the media analysts are obviously], but failed to beat ITV1 banker The Bill, which was watched by 4.4m viewers (22.9%). The 90-minute detective drama, starring Nathaniel Parker, outperformed the slot's average share of 22.6%."
He he - here's the new conspiracy theory coming right from the X-Files

<irony tag on>
By luring audience and journalists alike into a trap with false info and sudden re-scheduling, the Beeb tries to make the media believe as if the latest series has lost about 2 mio. viewers per average evening. Thus we have a lovely self-fulfilling prophecy: Not enough viewers - no more IL. And once the real new epis are due to be broadcast no-one tunes in because everybody's turned off.
</irony tag off>
OK that's one mad-cow idea...
Cheers *&giggles*
