Hi Sina,
thanks for the link, interesting and dicey news for the most of the Havers/Lynley couple wishful believer....when the stakes are so high she wouldn`t have told that, so with the end, she repeats, what she ever has told and wrote. I love this ghost detail.......
With the Rolling Stones song :" You can“t always get what you want" I send you a lot of greetings

Hi Jumaolster,
I agree with your opinion. If IL and Barbara would have sex the story would be finished and as a real fan of these books I don't want this. On the other side it is time for Barbara to change and move forward. The partnership with Lynley and the friendship with his friends and with her neighbour should enable this.

I have forgotten to write:
Your fanfic gives us the possibility to dream.

There is just one thing, I don't see the books and the series as one anymore, they're two separate things.

I agree with you. The tv series are now no longer based on specific books, just on the characters by Elizabeth George.
Personally I like the idea of Lynley and Havers together (in the tv series), but I do agree that that would mean the end of the show. Since they wanna end it anyway, I'd say now would be a great time to let them get together...
