That was an enjoyable read!
I have a 96 geo metro, and no sat nav. I do the navagating, mainly by getting lost! My kiddo seems to think that is hilarious! I tell her it is more fun that way, getting to explore some place we hadn't planned on!

My SatNav has got me lost more than once! Even from my house to the nearest motorway junction a couple of miles away, it would have me go in completely the wrong direction - several times. I keep my trusty maps to hand - always!
When I go against the SatNav directions, I'm always expecting the voice to get really stroppy, which of course she never does!
Stroppy or not, Nat's voice could lead me astray any time...

Hi friends:) ,
when I became a member of this site, I discovered also what other members wrote in the forum. Our missing friend sweetlittlepixie opened once this thread, which I find funny:lol: .
Maybe some of the new members can tell us what they think about Nat as the voice of their navigation system.
Greetings
Claudia

Hi Claudia
I think we in fact could make use of a special version of a navigation system, especially for London. For pedestrians ... ya know, what NOT to do... like the choice between stairs or elevators

Like let's say a warning system... directly connected to the various diversions one currently has whilst in London, like closed tube entries, building sites for new tube stations and vanished bus stops

That would be cute. I could take such things with far more ease of mind whilst listening to Nat's voice. Like "OK calm down, try to breath normally: there's a little change of plan here, no big deal. Take the next horse to Covent Garden... eh sorry wrong turn here: you'll be beheaded." - a hoot!
Cheers!

Hi Jessika,
don't you like using the stairs of the tube? I found it very funny to use it;)

. Sorry - I beg your pardon from the bottom of my heart:P

.
Have a nice weekend
