Don't know if I'm right here but why does Helen asked Tommy if he still drives the Bristol, when earlier that day she walked passed it when Tommy met her outside her apartment.

Can someone please tell if I am right.

I'll tell you one in Far From The Madding Crowd that has irked me forever. At the end when Gabriel asks Bathsheba to marry him, she says "you never asked." At the very beginning he asked her to marry him in the meadow, and she said she didn't love him! HELLO! What's wrong with this picture, did the script writer forget what he wrote at the beginning?

This question has irked me too and I wish I was at home and could review the movie but did Gabriel ask Batsheba to marry him straightout in the beginning? Wasn't he just insinuating marriage to which she wasn't ready for?

Do you know what? I'll go check the iPod. Have the audio there...
