I know I'm a softy who cries at the drop of a hat, but yesterday Sea The Stars was fantastic. I so wish I had been there, for what will probably be his last race. I was completely bowled over.

For those of you who don't know what I am referring to..... Sea The Stars is the greatest racehorse in the world, probably of the last 100 years. He won the Prix De L'Arc De Triomphe at Longchamps yesterday. I am sure you all know my passion for the turf, well it was as exciting as it gets yesterday. Phew.

Actually I also went racing on Friday last week to Lingfield for a race day for the charity NCYPE, the National Centre for Young People with Epilepsy, and had a marvellous time. I believe we raised around £15,000 for the charity and hopefully broadened people's awareness. It i a charity full of wonderful carers and thoughtful management with ambitions and hope for all their students. Well Done them.
