The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (ATAS) awarded the 2005-2006 Creative Arts Primetime Emmys for programs and individual achievements at the 58th Annual Emmy Awards presentation at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on Saturday 19th, 2006. Included among the presentations were Emmy Awards for the creative categories: Outstanding Achievement in Animation, Outstanding Voice-Over Performance, Outstanding Costumes for a Variety or Music Program, Outstanding Interactive Television Programming, Outstanding Achievement in Engineering Development.

The creative team of Bleak House took home two awards: For outstanding makeup for a miniseries, movie or a special (non-prosthetic) Daniel Phillips as the Makeup Department Head rightfully received an Emmy. The second Emmy for the show for outstanding cinematography in a miniseries or movie went to Kieran McGuigan, Director of Photography.

The prize was handed out at the creative arts Emmy awards, which precede next week's main ceremony. The main Primetime Emmys ceremony will be hosted by talk show host Conan O'Brien, and held on August 27th, 2006. Please check your local TV schedules for broadcast dates.
