The Inspector Lynley Mysteries (series 6) will premiere in Australia next week. TV station Seven (I checked the Adelaide area, please make sure to look up your local TV schedules) will be the first to broadcast the two specials. As announced on imdb.com the first special is entitled "Limbo". The BBC have not yet confirmed any fixed broadcast dates so far.

The broadcast will be on Saturday June 9th, 2007 from 08:35 pm. Here's a short description of this latest episode: "When the body of a child is discovered on the grounds of an Italian country villa, it seems for the English parents that the past has finally been laid to rest - their child had been abducted 15 years ago but never found, until now. Lynley, who as a family friend had played an ancillary role to the Italian investigation, goes out to Italy to support the family. When he begins an affair with the family's now grown-up daughter, Julia, and she is then found dead in her Rome apartment, Lynley is hauled in for questioning."

Thanks to Stella and her friend in Down Under for this news bit. I hope our Australian members will have one great big party - enjoy!!!
