Just a few hints for the UK audience... The long awaited series six of the Inspector Lynley Mysteries will start on May 25, 2008 from 20:15 to 21:45 (GMT) on BBC One. Here's a short synopsis: Old wounds are reopened when Lynley investigates the disturbing death of his godson more than a decade after the boy's disappearance. Lynley is drawn into the case, leading him first to Rome and then headlong into the middle of a new murder enquiry in which Lynley himself becomes the prime suspect. Will Havers be able to save his skin? Yet another hint for our folks in the US. Series six will start on PBS stations from August 10th. Please check your local schedules for more details.

Episode two will be broadcast on June 1, 2008 from 20:00 to 21:30 (GMT) on BBC One. Know Thine Enemy pushes Lynley and Havers's friendship to its limits in a high profile and chilling investigation into the disappearance of two teenage girls. Can Lynley save the life of the second victim and pin a murder charge on his suspects? This concluding episode stars Honeysuckle Weeks, James d'Arcy, Michael Feast and Shaun Parkes.

And please make sure not to miss Christopher Timothy and Nat as they take part in the cookery show Ready, Steady, Cook on May 28, 2008 from 16:30 to 17:15 on BBC Two. The Quartermaine's Terms stars fight it out for top honours as Ainsley Harriott hosts another twenty-minutes of kitchen sink drama.

The 10th annual British Soap Awards took place in London at the BBC Television Centre last night. The show will be broadcast via itv1 on May 7, 2008 from 20:00-22:00 (GMT). The British Soap Awards Party will also be shown on May 7, 2008 on itv2 starting from 22:00 - 23:25 (GMT) featuring interviews with the evening's winners, an in-depth look at the red carpet fashion hits and misses, and exclusive sneak previews from soaps such as Coronation Street, Doctors, EastEnders, Emmerdale and Hollyoaks. Flawless is due to come out on the North American DVD market from June 3rd, 2008. This region one encoded DVD will be released by Magnolia Home Entertainment.

It will feature loads of extras like a director's commentary, a making-of featurette, and a deleted scenes section.

The US edition will be closed-captioned, subtitled (Spanish) an in widescreen, the language is English and the run time is 109 minutes. Various outlets now take pre-orders (try amazon or Barnes&Noble). Please note that all given release date info is subject to change.
