The first episode of Me And Mrs. Jones premièred on BBC One on Friday night and was up against England's World Cup qualifying group match which had 5.5 million viewers (25%) .

The new sitcom did well and launched with 3.13 million viewers tuning in. That's an audience share of 14.2%. The second episode attracted 2.43 million viewers (11% audience share) while episode three had a better rating with 2.72 million (12.85) following the new sitcom. The fourth instalment had 2.7 million viewers (12.3% audience share). The penultimate episode had 2.43 million viewers (11.2% audience share). The final episode of the first series had 1.72 million viewers tuning in which equals a 7.3% audience share.
